1. Assistant Storekeeper

Location: UAE
Education: Relevant diploma or certification preferred
Experience: 3–5 years in the Middle East (UAE preferred)
Special Skill: Inventory control
Key Skills: Stock management, reporting, organization
Description: Responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials; maintaining stock levels and cleanliness of the store area.

2. Waiter

Code: S003
Experience: 3–5 years (UAE preferred)
Key Skills: Customer service, order handling, table setup
Description: Serve guests in a professional manner, maintain dining cleanliness, and provide a pleasant guest experience.

3. Laundry Man

Code: S007
Key Skills: Fabric handling, machine operation
Description: Operate laundry equipment, sort and clean linen/uniforms as per company standards.

4. Arabic Cook

Code: P006
Key Skills: Arabic cuisine expertise
Description: Prepare and present traditional Arabic dishes with authenticity and hygiene.

5. Assistant Cook

Code: P014
Key Skills: Basic kitchen operations, assisting senior cooks
Description: Support head chefs with prep, cutting, and food processing.

6. Ethnic Cook

Code: P015
Specialty: South Indian, North Indian, Continental, or Multi-Cuisine
Description: Deliver quality meals in ethnic cuisine, ensuring taste and consistency.

7. Salad Maker

Code: P007
Key Skills: Cutting, garnishing, food presentation
Description: Prepare fresh salads and cold appetizers according to dietary guidelines.

8. Butcher

Code: P012
Key Skills: Meat cutting, hygiene standards
Description: Handle various cuts of meat for kitchen operations and client orders.

9. Assistant Butcher

Code: P018
Description: Assist butcher in meat preparation, cleaning tools, and maintaining cold room hygiene.

10. Housekeeper

Code: S018
Key Skills: Cleaning, guest room upkeep
Description: Ensure cleanliness and order in accommodation and common areas.

11. General Assistant / Cleaner

Code: S004
Description: Perform general cleaning tasks in the kitchen, service, or utility areas.

12. Plumber

Code: M001
Key Skills: Pipe installation, maintenance
Description: Manage plumbing repairs and installations as per maintenance schedules.

13. Carpenter

Code: M002
Key Skills: Woodwork, repairs, fixture installation
Description: Conduct minor construction and repair projects on-site.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in the Middle East (UAE experience preferred)

  • For F&B roles: Must specialize in South Indian, North Indian, Continental, Arabic, or Multi-Cuisine

  • Preference: Immediate joiners
