Job Description:
Mon Salwa is looking for a dedicated QA Executive / Microbiologist to join its Quality Assurance team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring food safety compliance and maintaining high standards in quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct microbial, analytical, and chemical testing of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

  • Analyze shelf-life samples and perform microbiological evaluations.

  • Ensure calibration of laboratory instruments and validate sterilization processes through swab testing.

  • Monitor GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and report non-compliance.

  • Oversee quality monitoring during and after production.

  • Conduct microbiological testing of water to verify RO system effectiveness.

  • Implement and document HACCP and food safety systems.

  • Maintain and improve quality management systems in line with internal policies.
