✅ Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: B.E./B.Sc. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on O&M experience at a Co-Gen or thermal power facility

  • Certifications: Boiler Engineering (preferred), HSE & Permit-to-Work (PTW) knowledge

  • Skills Required:

    • Strong understanding of turbines, boilers, and utility systems

    • Load management, safety protocols, and emergency handling

    • Shift log maintenance, coordination with CCR and field operators

    • Analytical and troubleshooting mindset

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe and reliable operations of the Co-Gen plant during the shift

  • Monitor equipment performance and plant efficiency

  • Coordinate with the control room and perform field inspections

  • Manage maintenance and emergency shutdowns as per SOPs

  • Record shift reports, logbooks, and maintenance schedules

  • Comply with EHS standards and ensure team safety at all times
