📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complete import documentation including LC processing, bank coordination, and shipment tracking

  • Liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and shipping lines

  • Ensure timely clearance of goods and coordinate with customs authorities

  • Monitor order status and delivery schedules

  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports and import logs

  • Verify HS codes, tariff structures, and duty calculations

  • Maintain compliance with SBP, FBR, and other regulatory requirements

  • Assist in cost control by optimizing freight and clearance charges


Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or International Trade

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in import operations, preferably in textile or manufacturing industry

  • Skills Required:

    • Strong understanding of import regulations, INCOTERMS, customs clearance, and banking documentation

    • Excellent coordination, negotiation, and analytical skills
