🎓 Eligibility & Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or BSc in Chemistry / Sugar Technology / Food Sciences

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years working in a cane lab or sugar mill environment

  • Technical Knowledge: Proficient in cane sample testing, POL extraction, brix and purity calculations

  • Leadership: Ability to manage lab staff and shift operations

  • Reporting Skills: Able to generate timely analysis reports and coordinate with production teams

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and execute routine and advanced cane quality testing procedures

  • Ensure accurate determination of sucrose recovery and purity percentage

  • Manage sample collection, lab instruments calibration, and documentation

  • Lead a team of lab technicians and assign tasks during operational shifts

  • Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and QMS standards

  • Prepare daily and seasonal reports for mill management
