A reputed Karachi-based company is launching its One-Year Trainee Program (2025) to induct qualified and motivated candidates across multiple disciplines. The program is ideal for fresh graduates aiming to launch their professional careers in a high-growth corporate environment.

1. Trainee Engineers

Disciplines:

  • Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Mechanical, Mechatronics

  • Industrial & Manufacturing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering
    Education: Minimum 16 years of education (HEC-recognized or equivalent foreign degree)
    Location: Karachi
    Experience: Fresh Graduates

2. Management Trainees

Disciplines:

  • Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Marketing & Sales, Human Resource, General Management
    Education: Minimum 16 years of education (HEC-recognized or equivalent foreign degree)
    Location: Karachi
    Experience: Fresh Graduates

3. Trainee Chemists

Discipline: Chemistry
Education: Minimum 16 years of education (Master’s preferred from HEC-recognized or foreign equivalent university)
Location: Karachi
Experience: Fresh Graduates

Program Features:

  • One-year structured training assignment

  • Skill development in technical, analytical, and managerial domains

  • No employment bond or guarantee of regular employment

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age Limit: Maximum 25 years (as of last date of application)

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and presentation skills

  • Foreign degree holders must provide HEC equivalency certificates
